Refund, Exchange and Return Policy

 Buyer has 3 DAYS from day of receipt to ask for a refund, exchange or return on any items. 

Items must be unworn, unused and sent back (at buyers expense) in equally secure packaging as it was received in. 

Items returned and damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be granted a refund. 

As stated before, BUYER pays return shipping. If you are exchanging an item for a different size, BUYER pays return shipping and shipping to receive new item. 

If an item is in-eligible for return, the listing will state this. It is the buyers responsibility to read all aspects of a listing before purchase. 

In some cases an exchange of size is possible. This is not guaranteed, though, and it is highly stressed to check size charts before purchase. Any questions about sizing can be directed to mockingbirdcustoms@gmail.com.

Buyers MUST make contact with Owner before initiating a return. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Mockingbird Customs ships through USPS exclusively. Shipping on all products is 7.75, which includes a flat rate padded envelope. Once an item has left Mockingbird Customs, it is no longer responsible for lost/damaged/stolen items. Shipping times are generally 2-4 days but delays happen often.

While $50 dollar insurance is provided on all packages, this is through USPS after a claim is filed and approved. Mockingbird Customs will always help a customer through the difficulties of a lost/damaged/stolen item but it is NOT the responsibility of the company to replace the item. This is left to the discretion of the owner and availability of an item. 


Order Timeline Policy

"Turnaround time" refers to the time an item takes to SHIP. If you have a 2-3 week turnaround on an item, it includes weekends but not shipping time. Every listing will state the turnaround time. 

As with any business, un foreseen events happen. In the case that I do not receive fabric or an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be provided.
